About Jaz Indian Cuisine
Jaz Indian Cuisine is a 5 Star Northern Indian Cuisine which has been very well received by the neighborhood and the media.
Jaz gets its name from owner Jaz Rupall who was born and raised as a second-generation British-Indian in Hertfordshire, England.
After arriving in the United States, her longing for some home cooking inspired her to open Jaz in Hell’s Kitchen featuring the cuisine of Northern Indians. Leading the kitchen are two chefs - Bachan Rawat (Bukhara Grill) known for his curries and Arif Ahmed (Bombay Grill, Sapphire) to man the tandoor oven.
