FAQ

419 Lafayette Loft + Rooftop is a newly renovated venue atop a landmarked NoHo building at Astor Place and Lafayette Street. The sun-filled loft features exposed brick, barrel-vaulted ceilings, curated greenery and 10’ windows, while a private rooftop oasis—set among historic water towers—offers koi ponds, lush plantings, a water wall, a sculptural fire pit and sweeping views to the Freedom Tower.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.
