About HRB Experience
HRB is a modern Hand Roll Bar inspired by Japanese traditions, flavors, and techniques.
Our concept was created to provide an experience showcasing Japanese produce and delicacies. HRB Hand Rolls are carefully prepared using a special nori (seaweed) from Ariake Bay in Japan.
Speaking of which.... we recommend eating the Hand Rolls right away as nori begins to lose its crispiness once in contact with oxygen.
