It’s a white building with black-out windows and tons of gated doors to the side of the building allowing easy access and privacy.

It has a spacious concrete backyard that opens into the alley. There are two bathrooms, lots of desks, an architect's desk, etc.

Currently, there is no WIFI, so you would need to use a hotspot. If you are open to renting for a longer term, we recommend paying for WIFI at the building.
