The Paradigm Theatre is a big, open space for events and creative projects. The 20-foot ceilings and six rigging points mean you're not limited to the obvious – aerial performances, suspended installations, dramatic lighting rigs – it's all possible here. The layout is completely flexible, so no matter if you're running a show, a private event, or something harder to categorise, the space works around you rather than the other way round. Chairs and event matting are available on-site, so you're not starting from scratch. Just bring your vision.

General Rules:

No smoking or vaping inside the building
No outside alcohol or food permitted on the premises
No open flames unless pre-approved (candles, pyrotechnics, etc.)
All decorations must be approved in advance if they require rigging or installation
Use of the six aerial/rigging points must be done safely and by experienced or approved personnel only
No unauthorized access to restricted or staff-only areas
Noise levels must remain respectful of neighboring properties and comply with local regulations
All events must end at the agreed-upon time; additional time will incur extra charges
Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original positions before departure
Any damage to the space, equipment, or flooring (including matting) will result in additional charges

Cleaning Responsibilities:

Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guest/host
All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in designated areas
All personal items, decorations, and equipment must be removed at the end of the booking
Floors, mats, and surfaces should be left in the condition they were found
Spills must be cleaned promptly to prevent damage or staining
Failure to leave the space in an acceptable condition may result in additional cleaning charges

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
