Outdoor event space is hard to find in Manhattan, and the Great Lawn is one of the few private ones in Midtown West. It's an open-air courtyard with a big, colorful mural and plenty of room for guests to move around.
It's a popular choice for summer parties, cocktail receptions, birthday celebrations, company happy hours and networking events, ceremonies, brand activations, and photo and film shoots. The lawn fits up to 350 guests standing, 115 theater-style or 200 seated at banquet tables.
Our events team handles catering, bar service, AV, staffing and hotel room blocks. You'll find us at Hudson Yards Hotel, 510 West 42nd Street, close to the Javits Center, Hudson Yards and Times Square.
The following is not permitted at the venue:
- Adult filming
- Cooking
- Loud noises
- Pets
- Smoking
