No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in or around the building, including outdoor areas such as the stairs outside the main entrance.
Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted with prior approval but must comply with all city and state regulations, including appropriate permits.
Prohibited Items and Activities:
Open flames, firearms, and pyrotechnic devices are strictly prohibited. Glitter and confetti cannot be used for décor.
Respect the Space:
Guests must clean up after themselves and leave the space in the condition they found it.
Conduct: HSA staff and security reserve the right to ask any guest to leave the premises if they violate any rules or engage in inappropriate behavior.
Event Timing: All events, including setup and breakdown, must take place within the agreed rental hours.
