The main studio area includes a full Digital Audio Workstation, microphones, stands, a mixing board, sound baffles, DJ and mixing headphones, studio speakers, and instruments. It supports recording, sound mixing, and audio production. Content creation like blogging, YouTube videos, podcasts, and interviews are also covered.
We also provide a lounge area. Take a break in our comfortable sofas, or enjoy the TV and pool table. This area offers a relaxing moment for breaks. This space is ideal for musicians, podcasters, content creators, and anyone looking for a professional setup in a comfortable setting.

Host rules
- Overtime is billed in half-hour increments at 1.5 times the stated hourly rate. The space must be fully vacated, and all items removed, by the end of your booking time.
- Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate. Guests must leave the space in the same condition they found it and remove any equipment or rentals brought in.
- Setup and teardown time must be included within the booking hours.
- No nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items may be used on walls. Tape or adhesives must be properly removed. Damages will be billed.
- Notify us in advance if you need to move any furniture.
- No smoking is allowed inside the space.
- No glitter, confetti, open flames, frying, or heavy smoke-producing cooking is permitted.

About FLK Recording Studios
Our venue on W 206th Street in New York combines an equipped recording studio with a casual lounge area. The atmosphere is professional and welcoming. The recording studio includes some equipment to help you, but feel free to bring your own too!
Recording, mixing, audio production, content creation, podcasts, and interviews, all can be done here! We provide free onsite parking and nearby street parking, and we are near a parking lot for added convenience.
