Design: The interior presents light wood cabinetry, neutral worktops and tiled floors that emphasise a clean, utilitarian look. The layout is narrow and linear, producing clear sightlines through the kitchen and adjoining rooms.
Features: The apartment includes a full kitchen fitted with a full-size refrigerator, gas range, microwave and stainless sink alongside countertop workspace. The apartment provides air conditioning and on-site Wi‑Fi. The host permits own music but enforces noise restrictions to protect neighbours.
Ideal for: Small groups seeking a relaxed, informal seated meal or a low-key social gathering in a private, self-contained space.

• Deposit required.
• Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.
• Proof of insurance and/or waiver of liability signed by all guests required 48 hours prior to event.
• Day-of thermometer readings required for entry, no exceptions.
• Furniture can only be moved by the host upon request.
• Guest access restricted to the living room, terrace, kitchen, and main bathroom—no other area of the building is available without expressed written permission approved by the co-op.
• Items thrown over terrace rail or out of windows carries a fine and potential legal ramifications.
• Teens under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests are encouraged to observe recycling rules. Trash should be placed in the garbage bags within the kitchen and the host will take care of the rest.
• Any/all oversized items that require the use of the elevator must be approved prior to the event or fees may apply.
• Private terrace available seasonally and is permission based.
• Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors.
• No nudity allowed.
• All rentals include set up and teardown time. Please inquire for details about staffing.
• Insurance required.
