About this space
Our Private Conference room is located within our photo studio, and is available to rent independently for meetings. The glass walls offer a full-studio view. The conference room can hold 10 people.
The studio kitchen and the studio's four private restrooms also accessible to renters.
$75/hr, 4 hours minimum. COI required for all bookings.

GENERAL
We ask that you leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Please allow for time in your booking to include load-in and load-out. We have a dedicated freight elevator with direct access to our space and loading dock. All equipment must be removed during the booking window, unless other arrangements are made in advance. No open flames. No smoking is permitted on site. Outside catering is permitted. Outside equipment rental is permitted.
SETS
Please note: No outside sets are permitted. Our in-house Set Build team will assist with any set requirements and we can build your set prior to your booking. Additional fees apply.
PROPS & FURNITURE RENTAL
Use of in-house furniture and prop collection is included in the booking fee. Outside prop rental is permitted as well.
