About this space

Garden Patio is a semi-private outdoor space at OBAO Midtown East centred on a mature tree and arranged as an intimate wood-decked courtyard for al fresco seating.

Design: The patio reads as a compact, sheltered courtyard with tight rectangular proportions and low-level LED uplighting that defines the perimeter.

Features: The patio provides bistro-style tables and metal chairs plus built-in perimeter benching and planter beds. The area includes Wi‑Fi, a PA system and permission to play your own music. The space has step-free guest access and is wheelchair accessible.

Ideal for: Small social groups seeking relaxed, informal al fresco dining or standing-drink receptions.
