Rooftop at The Delancey

About this space

The Rooftop at The Delancey is a covered rooftop lounge that pairs sheltered outdoor seating with a relaxed lounge layout for private events.

Design: The space features timber decking, low wooden-framed sofas and neutral upholstered cushions grouped around low tables. The lighting is warm and indirect, punctuated by a branded neon sign and clusters of potted plants that frame the perimeter.

Features: The Rooftop includes a PA system with speakers and permission for guests to play their own music or bring a DJ. The area provides Wi‑Fi and air conditioning and benefits from daytime natural light. The space has accessible toilets and a step‑free guest entrance.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social reception or an informal seated lounge-style gathering will find the Rooftop well matched.

What guests say: The Rooftop is an inviting, intimate lounge with a lively nightlife atmosphere. The space sometimes shows inconsistent service and occasional issues with stair lighting and wayfinding.
