The studio presents a neutral, purpose-built set area with painted walls, a smooth floor and a standard ceiling height that suits seated interviews. Natural light is available alongside controllable artificial fixtures, allowing precise exposure and colour control for camera work.
Room features: Backdrops and on-site photo equipment support camera-based shoots, while a PA system and speakers handle playback and audience audio. The room also offers Wi‑Fi and dedicated storage space for production gear.

Price is per hour for the space only and there is a four hour minimum.. There is a flat fee of $1k for all grid lighting and in-house G&E. Full day rentals G&E fee is waived.
This expansive production studio and video podcast space in the heart of NYC has a full color, RGB lighting grid with DMX control. That means tons of ways to put your mark on your own look for your scene or pod with the flick of a switch. We'll work with you to come up with a custom lighting look that we can save for each time you visit and have experienced gaffers should you want to design something really fun.
When set up for podcasts we can comfortably fit six or more people. All furniture in our space is available, and if you want us to order something or to bring something in that's fine too. We can also build custom backdrops, art, walls or anything else if you'd like to create a unique look for your production.
This podcast room also has a state of the art control room available, an in room client/viewing room, a VIP greenroom with private 10th floor balcony and hair and makeup room. Ask about availability and costs.
We can handle Camera, crew, control room all available at additional cost, meaning more hours for you to film as we prep before you arrive and finish after your rental is already complete. Discounts available for multiple days or regular productions. We can also handle post production, animation & graphics as needed at an additional cost.

The this is the best studio. Ben is so organized helpful and friendly. His space was exactly what we needed. I can’t recommend this studio enough.
