About this space

House of Brooklyn is a locally-owned film, photo, & creative studio situated on the street level of a serene Brooklyn block.

Upon entering the space, you step into our reception area. This multifunctional space can be left empty for additional gear storage, talent holding, wardrobe, props, or catering. Optionally, it can be rented for an additional $200. By default, it is set up with a reception desk.

Moving forward, you'll find the green room, a spacious open area suitable for various purposes such as a client area, video village, talent green room, or production office. This room features a curtain, allowing it to be open or closed off from the rest of the studio.

To the left of the green room is our podcast studio, often utilized as a production office, talent holding, or HMU room. You can add this space to your reservation, and it comes with an extra bathroom and entrance.

In the main studio room, amenities include a large bathroom, a changing room equipped with a 6ft rolling rack, mirror, and chair, space for an HMU station, and the prominent cyclorama or infinity wall.

House of Brooklyn is available for rent for a variety of purposes, including photo shoots, video shoots, film holding space, retail pop-ups, art gallery pop-ups, and more. Please note that while it is not a sound stage, it is notably quiet. Some ambient sounds may be heard, such as footsteps from the floor above, sirens, and car beeping from outside.
