About this space
The studio is an open rectangular loft with a mid-height painted ceiling and exposed support columns that divide the floorplate. The room has pale patterned flooring, an exposed brick feature wall and a combination of daylight and adjustable overhead fixtures that provide even, controllable illumination.
Room features: The loft provides on-site Wi‑Fi for tethered shooting and live review and is served by air conditioning to maintain stable indoor conditions. Photographic backdrops are provided for stills and video.
Best for: Portfolio and lookbook photography, product and still-life shoots, and small-scale video or interview productions.
What sets it apart: A wall of fold-away accordion partitions allows the space to be subdivided into separate sets and production zones.

No smoking
No glitter, it will be an extra a charge for cleaning.
Excessive cleaning or damage will result in an additional charge.
No music after 10pm
Place trash in the bins. Break down boxes. If there's many bags, we kindly ask to bring them to the corner of Orchard St and Grand St. Make sure the time of your rental includes setup and break down. Extra charges may apply.
Leave the space in the same condition you found it.
If the place is left in very unclean and messy conditions, it will be a deduction from your deposit.
Music levels must be kept at a reasonable level, so as to be respectful of our neighbors.
Rental time includes load-in, setup, prep and cleaning.
Rental time starts at the prescribed starting time and ends at the prescribed ending time, regardless of renter is late.
If the time of your booking is up, and you are still not finished with your photoshoot or event your time will be extended to 30 minutes minimum. Please, vacate the space on time to avoid extra fees.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
