Step inside a professional recording and media production studio on the Ridgewood, Queens/Bushwick border. Built for artists, producers, podcasters, filmmakers and content creators, this private, visually dynamic space pairs an authentic music studio backdrop with customizable color-changing LED lighting.
**IDEAL FOR**
Music videos, artist visuals, podcasts, filmed interviews, photography, album artwork, social media content, YouTube videos, freestyle performances and behind-the-scenes shoots. Professional music recording is also available when booked with an engineer.
**THE LAYOUT**
The studio features a recording control room with professional audio equipment and monitors, a dedicated vocal booth, and comfortable lounge-style seating. Each area offers a different backdrop for filming, photography or conversation. The intimate setup accommodates up to six guests.
**WHAT THE SPACE RENTAL INCLUDES**
Private use of the studio's designated production areas, existing furnishings, adjustable ambient LED lighting and Bluetooth audio playback through the sound system. Play tracks for music videos or reference audio while filming.
**BRING YOUR OWN PRODUCTION GEAR**
The standard rental is space-only. Guests provide their own cameras, tripods, video lighting, microphones and crew. Studio recording microphones, recording equipment operation and an audio engineer are not included in the base rate.
**OPTIONAL RECORDING UPGRADE**
Need to record vocals or music? An engineer-assisted session can be arranged in advance for an additional hourly charge. This upgrade includes a professional recording engineer and use of the studio's recording microphones and equipment. Availability must be confirmed before booking.

**STUDIO RULES & BOOKING POLICIES**
Our studio is a professional creative production environmentk 
- Maximum occupancy is 6 people, including artists, crew, and guests.
- Only authorized guests may enter the studio.
- No parties, social gatherings, or unauthorized events.
- Guests must remain within designated studio areas.
**BOOKING & SESSION TIME**
- All setup, filming, recording, and breakdown must take place within your reserved time.
- Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the applicable hourly rate.
- Guests must leave the studio in its original condition.
**EQUIPMENT & PRODUCTION**
- Space-only rentals include ambient LED lighting, furniture, and Bluetooth audio playback.
- Guests must provide their own cameras, microphones, tripods, and production equipment.
- Studio microphones, recording equipment, and workstations may only be operated during engineer-assisted recording sessions.
- Recording engineer services must be arranged in advance and cover the full reservation.
- Furniture or equipment may not be moved without permission.
**FOOD, SMOKING & CONDUCT**
- No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the studio.
- No food or drinks near recording equipment.
- Guests are responsible for damage caused by their group.
- Respectful conduct is required at all times.
**AUDIO & FILMING**
- Music playback is permitted at reasonable levels.
- No excessive noise or activity that disturbs neighboring spaces.
- No filming outside designated areas without permission.
- All guests must bring the equipment necessary for their production.
**CLEANUP & RESPONSIBILITY**
- Remove personal belongings, equipment, and trash before departure.
- Guests are responsible for their crew and any damage resulting from misuse.
- Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply when permitted by the booking terms.
