Casa San Andres is an artist loft defined by open-plan studio proportions and high ceilings that create a flexible, gallery-like setting.

Design: The loft presents gallery-scale proportions, exposed beams and hardwood floors. The interior combines industrial and domestic finishes, and open shelving and linear fixtures emphasise the vertical space.

Features: A built-in PA system and speaker setup are installed. External DJs are permitted and personal music playback is allowed. Wi-Fi is available and large windows supply strong natural daylight. A mezzanine level provides additional seating or staging options and the open floor permits flexible furniture arrangements.
