Our Fifth Avenue location offers a beautiful and newly renovated 2,500 square foot rooftop terrace, an impressive NYC event space. Located on 38th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues, our corporate event space is centrally located in Midtown Manhattan just minutes from Penn Station.

It provides a picturesque setting to get away from "business as usual". Our rooftop provides spectacular views of New York City, including the Empire State Building across the street.

Host rules

No smoking in the building.
As you may need some time to get settled in and prepare for your meeting, please do allow for preparation time in your reservation.
When arriving at our center, you will see your booking on TV screens outside the meeting room. You will also see whether the room is booked immediately following your meeting. If it is, we ask that you be respectful to your peers and courteous in vacating the room in a timely manner. However, if the room is available, you may continue your meeting by advising the front desk of how much more time you need it. Please note that in this case, we will charge your credit card for the overage following your meeting.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Jay Suites Fifth Avenue Office Space boasts a prominent presence in the heart of Midtown, with a lower-level conference facility Jay Conference and our Fifth Avenue Rooftop event space. It has a contemporary designer reception area combining the use of wood, glass, and brushed brass. The venue hire also comes with breathtaking panoramic views of the iconic Empire State Building.
