Are decorations and balloon arches allowed?

Yes, additional decorations, including balloons, are welcome if they are weighted or attached to something, such as an arch. Decorations must not include confetti, glitter or stickers, or damage the walls or furniture.

Can audio be played through the venue’s sound system?

Yes, the sound system can play audio, but it requires a specific adapter to connect the device to the venue’s aux cord. It is separate from the projector and may cause syncing issues.

What seating configurations are available for smaller groups?

For smaller events, white partitions can make the room feel more intimate. The venue can also accommodate one large rectangular table, or rectangular or round tables seating up to ten guests each.
