The studio is an interior space with no windows, allowing for full lighting control and consistent results at any time of day. Ideal for portraits, headshots, fashion shoots, product photography, talking-head videos, Reels, TikTok, YouTube content, and green screen productions.
Professional studio lighting and support are available, making this space suitable for both quick content sessions and full-scale shoots. The studio is located in Midtown Manhattan, just a short walk from major subway lines.
Prices
Base Rate—$125/hour
(Available 24/7, minimum 1 hour)
The base hourly rate includes:
• Studio rental
• 1 camera
• 1 microphone
• Basic studio lighting
• Quiet, fully controlled interior environment
This rate is ideal for solo recordings, interviews, and simple podcast or video setups.

• Food and drinks are allowed, but guests must keep the space clean.
• Please treat all equipment, furniture, and sets with care.
• Any damage to equipment, furniture, or studio property will result in additional charges.
• Guests must follow all instructions provided by the on-site operator or studio staff.
• Setup and breakdown time must be included within the booked hours.
• Late checkout may result in additional charges.
• Loud music or excessive noise is not permitted outside the studio space.
• Filming or recording outside the rented studio area is not allowed without prior approval.
• The studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
