If you need a bright, open spot in Midtown that actually has some character, this is it. We’ve kept the original wood floors and high ceilings, but the real standout is the massive vault door - it’s a great architectural touch that people always notice.
The Setup
The layout is straightforward. You get the main open room for your event, plus a back-of-house area. That back space is perfect if you need a green room, a bridal suite, or just somewhere to stash gear and prep for a shoot.
Work & Play
We’ve installed track lighting across the whole room, so the light is solid for everything from dance rehearsals to content creation.
For Meetings: There’s a conference table with comfortable seating for strategy sessions.
For Shaking it Up: We’ve got couches and coffee tables for a more relaxed lounge vibe.
The Extras: If you need a break, there’s foosball and table tennis right there.
