Sessions times include arrival and preparation for recording time. We typically allocate 15 minutes for setup. Contact us with any additional questions ahead of booking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please give us a call/text or email us to avoid late cancellation fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in 50% charge per session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours will result in 100% charge per session.
