3rd Floor Bar Area is a private level featuring its own long, polished wooden bar. The bar structure is detailed with thick, carved woodwork and twisted columns.

The space combines traditional elements with modern features. Walls are finished in exposed red brick. Flooring is covered with a small hexagonal tile pattern in black and white.

Seating is flexible, currently featuring several high wooden tables and stools along the perimeter wall, in addition to multiple leather-topped bar stools along the bar itself. Flat-screen TVs are mounted along the walls.

This level is suitable for private parties, alumni gatherings, or corporate events.
