Pets
Pets are allowed. A $100 fine applies for any stains, including urine or feces.
Guests
Guest count must match the booking. Unpaid extra guests will incur a fine.
Furniture/Props
You may move furniture and props, but must return them to their original positions.
Cleanliness
No eating on or near furniture. Food is only allowed in the off-set area. Violations will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Damages
Damages to equipment or walls will incur a replacement fee plus 50% of the item's value, charged to the card on file.
Overtime
Charged in 30-minute increments. All guests and items must be out by the end of your booking. Plan accordingly.
Cancellation policy: Very flexible
