Host rules

- No smoking inside the building, smoking permitted outside.
- Outside catering is allowed.
- No outside alcohol, we have a full bar.
- No cleaning fee.
- 21+ only.
- No one in your party has to pay a cover!
- A $500 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be due upon arrival.
- Cash deposits can be made in person.
