Large windows provide excellent daytime lighting for your video projects, creating a sharp look for up to 4 on-mic guests and 3 additional attendees.
Reservation Formats
Base Booking: Walk in and press record using your own crew to run the pre-set cameras.
Live-Edit Add-on: A venue technician runs the ATEM Mini Pro ISO and monitors audio levels, handing you a finished cut at the end of the session.
Premium Crew Add-on: A two-person team handles everything from custom camera angles to teleprompter operation. This package includes snacks, a green room, full file delivery, and two parking spaces. (Match the add-on hours to your studio time).
Studio Specifications & Logistics
Gear: 1x Sony FX3, 2x Blackmagic 6K G2, 4x Shure SM7B, Rodecaster Pro II, 2x Aputure 300D.
Storage Requirements: Shoot 4K by bringing three 512GB V30 SD cards plus a 32GB micro SD. For 1080p, a 1TB SSD and 32GB micro SD are required. We also offer an in-house digital transfer add-on if you prefer not to bring physical drives.
Timing & Extras: Book between 8 AM and 5 PM for optimal sun exposure. Free Wi-Fi is included, and you may bring outside meals to keep your team fed.

If using our equipment you will need:
Video:
- 3 SD cards (1 card for each camera) of at least 128gb.
If you will be shooting for longer than 2 hours in 4K, we highly recommend 256gb.
Audio:
- 1 Micro SD card for audio files. 16gb OR 32gb.
(Sandisk SD cards are highly recommended).
