Design: The building presents a modern, minimal exterior of white rendered walls and rectilinear forms, and full-height glazing that floods interiors with natural light. The interior follows clean lines and hard finishes to create an open-plan layout and visual continuity between rooms.

Features: The rooftop terrace contains a hot tub, wall-mounted outdoor TV, ping-pong table and an L-shaped outdoor sofa grouped around a low fire pit. The penthouse includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning and provides a PA system with speakers; guests may play their own music or bring a DJ. The layout gives direct indoor access through glazed doors and outdoor heating extends usable hours into cooler evenings.
