Production Area at The Parking Lot Rooftop

About this space

The Production Area is a Rooftop in The Parking Lot Rooftop and provides an unobstructed, open roof deck that functions as a blank, adaptable outdoor production surface.

Design: The space is an industrial, utilitarian roof deck of exposed concrete with a low concrete parapet, sparse freestanding lamp columns and a compact service core under open sky.

Features: The deck provides a continuous paved surface, painted parking-bay markings and a low perimeter wall. The rooftop includes fixed light columns and a service core that provides stair/elevator access. The space permits guests to play their own music and receives abundant natural daylight.

Ideal for: Production crews and technical teams needing a flexible, hard-surfaced outdoor workspace, and informal groups that prefer a standing-format rooftop area.

What sets it apart: The rooftop delivers broad, uninterrupted skyline sightlines across the open deck.
