Host rules
1. Respect the quiet neighborhood by avoiding loud music, shouting, or loitering outside. Music videos must use cell phone playback.
2. Check in with the host and conduct a walk-through at check-out for damage assessment. It's the production's responsibility to document pre-existing conditions.
3. Productions with more than 5 people or over 8 hours must provide General Liability Insurance.
4. All items must be lifted by two people. The client will be billed for damage to floors.
5. Please notify us 24 hours in advance to heat the pool. Do not run, dive, or jump.
6. Guests are responsible for obtaining necessary film/photo permits.
7. Drugs are prohibited. If you will be having alcohol on the premises, the corkage fee will be paid.
8. Smoking or vaping is not allowed.
9. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate.
10. Refundable damage deposit may be required based on the shoot size.
11. Notify the property if children will be present and ensure they are supervised.
12. Generator requires owner approval.
13. Guests must leave the property clean.
14. Crew must follow the location representative’s instructions to protect the property.
