Design: The interior has an industrial loft character with exposed ceilings, visible ductwork, structural cross-bracing, high ceilings and an unadorned concrete floor.
Features: The venue includes high-speed Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. The layout provides a large, open column-free floorplate and a durable concrete surface that accepts temporary fittings and equipment. The venue permits private music and outside DJs and provides a step-free guest entrance and wheelchair access.

Guests must clean and reset the space after their booking.
Guests must take all excess trash that does not fit into the trash with them before they leave.
No Smoking
No Animals or Pets: Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Move Furniture without permission. Purchase add-on to waive this rule.
Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
No congregating in the front of the location.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for yo
