Castel del Sol is a contemporary private house centred on an open-plan layout and a generous outdoor living area.

Design: The interior and exterior present clean modern lines, muted stone and timber finishes and expansive glazing that draws light into the plan. The volumes read low and horizontal, and landscaping is clipped and minimal to maintain clear sightlines between rooms and the outdoor areas.

Features: The house includes air conditioning, venue-wide Wi‑Fi and an integrated PA system with speakers. The venue permits own music and external DJs and has sliding glass doors that open the deck to the interiors. A dedicated outdoor seating area on the timber deck creates a lounge-style layout for guests.
