About this space

A modern NoHo house organised around bright indoor spaces and a private, leafy backyard that extends the living area.

Design: Exterior and interior finishes use a neutral palette of pale stucco, warm timber and gravel for a clean, contemporary look. Large glass openings and low, horizontal proportions allow abundant natural light and a casual, human scale.

Features: A PA system and speakers are installed, and outside music or a hired DJ is permitted subject to noise restrictions. Wireless internet and air conditioning are available throughout the house. Sliding glass doors link the living area to the exterior and a freestanding grill provides basic outdoor cooking.

Ideal for: Small social groups seeking a relaxed, casual indoor–outdoor hangout for seated meals or standing receptions.
