Welcome to STUDIO B please be courteous to our neighbors and our studio by following these simple rules.

LOBBY
Please clean up after yourself
- The refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave are provided for your use.
- A water dispenser will be available.
- FOOD or DRINKS should be kept in the lobby area ONLY.
- Absolutely NO FOOD or DRINKS in either rehearsal studio.
- No Smoking in the building.

PARKING
Two tandem parking spots will be held for your use while you are at the studio. Please Park tandem with three (3) cars across, then one (1) additional car behind. These spaces should be used at your discretion for any persons involved with your production.
- Do not park three (3) cars deep at any time in front of the studio.
- Please do not park along the wooden fence next to Kiddie Ride Company.
- Do not park in other tenants' designated parking spaces at any time (your car may be towed).
- After 6 PM you may park in any open space in the parking lot except along the wooden fence next to Kiddie Ride Company.
