About this space

Serene and quiet Zen film and event studio. , a large garden patio and gardens with lots of shade, greenery and tasteful garden furniture, along with an outdoor patio fire. The screening room and red carpet backdrop area are separate and screenings are good for 25 people

Film Production packages are available with cameras, lighting, sound mixing, and a crew. Catering, Photography backdrops, green screens, and a camera person are available, as well as it is a venue for film festivals, awards shows, and red carpet event with several beautiful lounging areas.

Tea & Elxir Bar. There is also a private sauna and jacuzzi and a spacious garden area with outdoor furniture, a patio table and chairs with umbrellas, and a sun sail shade, which also includes a lanai area. There is an elevator and parking.

The space stays cool,and air conditioner if needed. We are steps away from all the late-night restaurants and coffee shops It's a secure neighborhood community. Parking is free.
