Hen House is a vibrant venue that has witnessed a myriad of captivating performances and artistic showcases. From string quartets and poetry readings to web series screenings and theatrical performances, our versatile stage area has seen it all.
Our space is full of atmosphere adorned with rotating art shows that adorn our walls, while our spacious floorspace and flexible set-up adapt effortlessly to suit your event's unique requirements. Fell free to bring your own food and drinks, including alcohol (non-commercially).
Our venue accommodates up to 100 guests with various seating options, including comfortable couches and additional seating availability. You can enhance your presentations with our podium, wired and wireless microphones, and cutting-edge speaker system featuring Bluetooth capabilities.
We want you to experience utmost comfort, that's why we offer adjustable A/C and heating systems, ensuring your guests' optimal enjoyment.
With a seating capacity of up to 120 and standing capacity of 180, let the Hen House be the stage for your next unforgettable occasion.
*Please note the Stage Area is not private during business hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Thursday) – Red Hen Staff and interns will be on site and will occasionally enter and exit the Event Space during these hours.

Please note that we are unable to host any events for, in the name of, in support of (or against), or benefiting any political cause. In renting any of our spaces, you also understand that publicity efforts for your event are your responsibility, and not the responsibility of Red Hen Press.

With rotating art shows adorning our walls, a spacious floorspace, and an extremely flexible set-up, the Hen House can lend itself to whatever your event needs may be. Food and drinks are allowed (even alcohol, as long as it’s not for sale!)
With flexible seating arrangements for up to 100 guests, a variety of table options, comfortable couches, and additional seating available, our space is perfect for any occasion.
