Hilltop Recording Studio is, as the name suggests, a music recording studio. With beautiful views of the San Fernando Valley through the windows, your actions can be even more creative! The maximum capacity is 25 people.
This room also features upscale amenities such as a private balcony, a colossal marble bathroom, and a Jacuzzi. The room is 1000 square feet and is not only perfect for creating music, but also for recording music videos and shooting content.

Please note that some rules can be waived if you make a formal request with the host.
Notify the Host before booking if you are planning an explicit shoot.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the mansion. Your booking INCLUDES SETUP and CLEANUP TIME and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours finishes. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent in the studio after your booking has ended.
NO EATING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO SMOKING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO DRINKING. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NO ANIMALS/PETS. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
ROOF CAPACITY: There is a maximum of 3 guests on the roof at a time.
NO HEELED SHOES OR POINTED OBJECTS on the roof. You will be charged for the cost to repair any damage to the roof.
NO LOUD MUSIC on the roof.
DO NOT disturb neighbors. The booking will be cancelled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the host.
Guests MAY NOT move any of the furniture. A $250 fine will be accessed if this rule is violated.
NUMBER OF GUESTS: You will be charged extra after your booking is completed if you bring more guests than you book for.
Nudity is not allowed anywhere outdoors.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.

There is a possibility to purchase the "Mansion Access" add-on to gain access to the entire property for even more unique luxury amenities like access to the rooftop terrace, conversation pit, and lower-level lounge space.
