Welcome to San Julian Cityscape 🏙️ by 503DTLA! This 11,100sqft, two-story rooftop is MASSIVE and is located in the Flower District of Downtown Los Angeles. It features a sprawling and up-close view of the Downtown Los Angeles cityscape and includes several unique structures, varying facades, windows, painted walls, stairways and other aesthetic features which give you so many different ways to create!

The entrance to the rooftop has double-wide doors so you won't have an issue bringing large, bulky equipment into the space. You'll also have access to the restroom on the 3rd floor of the building.

The surrounding area is remarkably safe. Underground parking is available for $10 per vehicle and is payable with Cash, Venmo or Zelle to the parking attendant named Benito. The building also features two elevator which can take you from the basement or building entrance directly to the rooftop on the 4th floor.

Drink on the Rooftop: $ 100.00 flat fee- Drinking anything (except water) is strictly prohibited on the Rooftop. Purchase this add-on in order to drink at the property.
Eat on the Roof: $ 100.00 flat fee- Eating on the roof is strictly prohibited. Purchase this add-on in order to eat on the roof. Fines will be applied to your booking if you eat on the roof without purchasing this add-on.
Smoke on the Roof: $ 100.00 flat fee- Smoking on the roof is strictly prohibited. Purchase this add-on in order to smoke on the roof. Fines will be applied to your booking if you smoke on the roof without purchasing this add-on.
Waive Pet Policy: $100.00/item- Pets are strictly prohibited unless this add-on is purchased. Must purchase one add-on per pet.

Please note that some rules can be waived by purchasing rule waivers as an add-on.
* No Smoking
* No Alcohol
* No congregating in the front of the location.
* Sexually Explicit content is not allowed
* Do Not Disturb Neighbors: The booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the Host.
* All drone use must be approved by host, in advance.
* No sitting/standing on the edge of the building! Your booking will be immediately cancelled.
* No Animals or Pets. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($150)
* Do Not Move Furniture. Purchase add-on to waive this rule. ($100)
* No Eating/Drinking. Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($150). Water and coffee allowed. Bookings with 16+ Guests may eat/drink without purchasing add-on.
Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location. Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and your booking will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email. You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if we do not have another booking immediately after yours. You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended.
Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any of these rules are violated. Please ask the host if there are any rules that you would like waived, e.g. Removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests.
You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
