Modern Encino Sanctuary is a modern house defined by an open-plan layout that links living, dining and circulation areas into a single, flexible ground floor.

Design: The interior shows clean geometric lines, a neutral palette and large-format dark tile floors set against light timber cabinetry and shelving. The ceiling uses recessed lighting and shallow soffits to define separate zones without full partitions.

Features: The ground floor contains distinct lounge and dining zones separated by a freestanding wooden shelving unit that doubles as storage. The space includes large glazed doors that connect to an outdoor area, integrated storage cabinetry and durable tiled floors suited to high-traffic use.
