All sets are original, unique and modular. Shoot as is, or tweak and move things around to fit your taste with unlimited creative potential.
The flexible space and unique décor will make for great photos and videos.

Host rules
No adult filming.
No smoking.
No pets.
Pornography and nudity are not allowed.
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in an extra charge.
All crew and talent must take off their shoes when walking on the carpet.
Furniture is for talent only. Please bring what you need for the crew.
Food and drinks are not allowed within the sets. Please eat outside or in the open area in the back of the warehouse.
The round circle bed cannot be moved.
The dining room credenza and dishes cannot be moved.
Heavy body make-up is not permitted to be used indoors on furniture seeing as it stains them.
No fake blood is allowed under any circumstance.
No standing on the furniture.
No sitting on the back of furniture (i.e. the couches).
You are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of the scheduled wrap time.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
