Prices
Minimum 8hr booking to hold the date (if you want to secure the space at the minimum 99/hr, 1-5ppl rate for more than 48 hours in advance)
Discount for non-commercial crews under 5 people:
1-5 people. $99/hr per availability and accepted on a last-minute basis. 2 days out.
6-10 people. $119/hr
11-15 people. $139/hr
16-20 people. $159hr
20+ people $ case by case.
Additional:
Aputure 600x Pro: $150.00 flat fee
If your crew grows between the booking and shoot date, so will our rate.
Don't use glitter at all. If you do use glitter, confetti, powder, food, or any other unusual, hard-to-clean substance without proper planning with an art department, pre-notification, and approval in writing, you will be billed an additional $250 cleaning fee plus the extra studio time it takes to clean at OT rates.
-Per the above, if you use seamless backdrops for head-to-toe shots, they are $25 per “tear”. If they’re not stepped on, they’re free to use.
Basic grip equipment will be provided with each rental. We have a wide array of gear both on and off property for rent at very reasonable rates and will provide free delivery for any additional gear you may need. Additional COI may be required depending on the type of rentals.

Treat the space how you'd want others to treat your space.
- No Glitter/Confetti, pigment, sand, powder, or any other hard-to-clean substance
Violence will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus OT at 1.5x.
- Rental time is from arrival to tail lights. If you book 3 hours, and it goes 4 hours, that 4th hour will be time and a half.
- The renter is responsible for restoring the studio to the arrival condition sans normal wear and tear.
- Clients are expected to return the studio to how they found it when they arrive. Any unusual, hard-to-clean messes will incur additional fees.
- The renter must pack out unusually large trash.
- Additional Insurance is required to rent gear.
- Piano can NOT go on the cyclorama.
- No illegal activity
- No smoking inside the studio or on the patio. On the parking lot only. Ashtray provided.
- Anything moved needs to be discussed but everything is moveable.
Paintings must be moved with assistance from the studio manager.
- Smoke machines are allowed
- Nudity is allowed
- Security Cameras are facing exits and streets for security purposes only. We’ll check cams upon arrival to make sure everyone gets in okay and again as your end time approaches to make sure you’re packing up on time. No cameras on the cyc and cams can be turned off by request as long as there’s clear communication with the client as to in/out time.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
