Newly built 5000 sq. ft rental space east of downtown Los Angeles. Our boutique studio boasts beautiful tall ceilings with skylights & is perfect for any type of production or events. The space includes a large pre-lit three wall cyclorama in a large multi function space. This versatile space can be easily transformed into whatever you envision!

EQUIPMENT RENTAL ON SITE: Our Studio has basic equipment to rentals. Contact us for list, inventory is always expanding
MORE EQUIPMENT: We have a partnership with an equipment rental company located on our lot. They will prepare your equipment before hand and we will take care of transporting it. They will wave delivery fee. This is a separate company with their own requirements and paper work but they are in the building and have experience with our space
MUST HAVE INSURANCE OR REFUNDED SECURITY DEPOSIT (only for smaller shoots)
All bookings must add cleaning fee & AC/Heat Add-On when weather forecast requires
OVERTIME: allowed if available w/ request EVENINGS AFTER 8PM- booking after 8pm require security guard which has a minimum of 5 hours. Studio staff not be on site only guard

Host rules
You must have renters insurance or a deposit.
No pyrotechnics, explosives, open flames, or firearms.
Smoke machines must have the prior consent of a Studio and studio staff must be notified at the time of usage.
Nudity is ok but no adult-rated films are allowed.
Pets are allowed with prior consent.
Inform us if you need to park a large truck or other types of extra-large vehicles.
Inform us if children will be on set.
No liquids on Cyc it is built on wood. If you need to have open liquids for the shoot please discuss it with us.
No acrylic or oil paints in the studio (only water-based). Please inform us of paints being used.
Spray painting or painting must be pre-approved and fees will be added.
No painting, drilling, hanging on a grey concrete wall at all.
Smocking is not allowed inside unless it's part of your shoot.
Place all trash into trashcans around the studio.
If you are unsure of anything please just ask your onsite manager!

We are currently allowing evening booking after 7 pm but must add on a security guard. A security guard has a minimum of 5 hours. Studio managing staff will not be present after 8 PM only our security guard.
Overtime is currently not allowed after 8 pm. All cast and crew must be out of the building by 8 pm unless booked ahead of time with a security guard add-on.

About Eastbound Studio
Newly built open-concept space for photo or film production needs or event space. PRE Mounted 4 Gemini lite panels with iPad and app included.
The Studio has a large 3 wall Cyclorama with a large production space that includes a kitchen, two makeup/hair stations, two bathrooms,s, and a conference/countertop seating space.
There is a separate attached preproduction/green/lounge room with a kitchen, private changing room, and bathroom. The wall between this space and the main studio does not go all the way to the ceiling.
There is also an office/conference room that has a window that looks into the studio and has a separate entrance and restroom. It also has a mounted TV and its own door out of the studio.
