About this space
Book the entire Korean-inspired cocktail lounge for birthdays, private parties, celebrations, photo shoots and filming. Includes a bar counter, booth seating, DJ booth, colorful lighting, basic speakers and Wi-Fi. Maximum 150 guests, subject to approved layout.
Daytime 8 AM–6 PM, minimum 4 hours: Mon–Thu $300/hour; Fri–Sun $350/hour. Setup and teardown are included; clear by 6 PM. Existing tables/chairs, basic lighting/speakers, one on-site representative and standard cleaning included.
Evening full buyout 7 PM–2 AM beverage minimum: Sun–Thu $3,500; Friday $5,000; Saturday $5,500. Guest beverage purchases count toward the minimum, with shortfall payable; not unlimited drinks. Sun–Thu DJ is additional. Fri–Sat regular venue DJ schedule applies, with set times confirmed in advance. Additional DJ arrangements, security and extra staff require a quote.
Outside food/catering and guest DJs require prior approval. No outside alcohol. Kitchen and parking arrangements require prior agreement. Applicable taxes, service charges and platform fees are disclosed before booking. Share date, hours, guest count and event type to confirm availability and the final quote.

Host rules
• All setup, deliveries, event use and teardown must fit within the booked hours.
• Daytime rentals must clear by 6 PM.
• Evening buyout arrangements must be confirmed in advance.
• No smoking indoors.
• No outside alcohol.
• Alcohol must be supplied and served by the venue; guests must meet the venue’s 21+ age and ID requirements.
• Outside food/caterers, guest DJs and personal music require advance approval of equipment, volume and arrangements.
• Kitchen use and parking require prior agreement.
• Keep exits clear and follow staff directions.
• No changes to furniture, fixtures or equipment without permission.
• Please leave the space and equipment in their original condition and report damage immediately.
• Guest count must match the agreed booking and approved event layout; maximum 150 standing.
• The guest entrance is step-free with wheelchair access, but toilets are standard rather than designated accessible toilets.
• Accessible parking has not been confirmed; discuss access requirements before booking.
