The street-facing gallery features high ceilings, clean walls, flexible lighting, and a full-height glass storefront with abundant natural light. Its adaptable layout works well for exhibitions, photography, presentations, pop-ups, launches, and receptions.
A dedicated studio provides a more intimate setting for music sessions, recordings, interviews, podcasts, photography, and video production. It can also serve as a green room or secondary production area.
The rear lounge offers space for meetings, hospitality, wardrobe, makeup, talent holding, or casual gatherings, while the adjoining private garden adds another setting for filming, photography, catering, receptions, and outdoor socializing.
