Host rules
• All events must follow the agreement made with the Chubby Social Event Coordinator, including guest count, event times, food and beverage arrangements, décor, entertainment, setup, and use of the space. Any changes must be approved in advance.
• The event host is responsible for the conduct of their guests, vendors, contractors, and invitees.
• Any damage to Chubby Social, Chubby Cove, furniture, equipment, fixtures, décor, landscaping, or other property caused by the host, guests, or vendors may be invoiced to the event host for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning.
• Events may not exceed the agreed guest count or venue capacity. Outside food, beverages, alcohol, vendors, décor, or equipment require prior approval.
• Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, neighboring businesses, and venue property. Fighting, harassment, dangerous behavior, illegal activity, or intentional damage will not be tolerated. Chubby Social may refuse alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive.
• Setup and breakdown must occur within the agreed event period. All personal items, décor, and vendor materials must be removed after the event.
• Chubby Social and Chubby Cove are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Outdoor events at Chubby Cove are subject to weather, venue policies, and property restrictions. Tents, heaters, lighting, electrical equipment, or large installations require prior approval.
• Events must end at the agreed time. Additional time requires approval and may result in additional charges.
• Management reserves the right to intervene or end an event when necessary to protect guests, staff, property, or venue operations.
