THE SPACE ON 8TH DTLA is a raw industrial warehouse rental in Los Angeles's Arts District. A matte black brick exterior on East 8th Street opens into a dramatic volume of exposed Douglas fir trusses, skylights, concrete step seating, and gallery-white walls.
