About this space

TTV FIVE EIGHT is an industrial warehouse event venue presented as a raw, adaptable shell suitable for hosts who need an open, unadorned space to customise.

Design: The interior has exposed cinderblock walls and a stained concrete floor beneath a high, open ceiling with visible beams and fluorescent strip lighting.

Features: The venue includes Wi‑Fi and a PA system with speakers, and it permits hosts to play their own music or bring a DJ. Natural light is available and the open plan functions as a clear dance area. The building provides step‑free access, accessible toilets and wheelchair access.

Ideal for: Promoters and creative teams seeking an open, informal space for standing, social gatherings or dance‑focused events.

What sets it apart: A wide roll-up garage door provides direct drive-in access for vehicles and large equipment.
