With a Rodecaster Pro 2, professional Rode microphones, Blackmagic cameras, and cinematic lighting, it’s the perfect location for interviews, talk shows, and exceptional content for YouTube or social media.

Studio Rules
1. No Smoking or Alcohol
• Smoking cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana is prohibited on studio premises.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed.
2. No Weapons
• Any firearms or knives are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
3. Respect the Space
• Handle all equipment and furniture with care. Any damage will incur a compensation fee.
• Leave the studio clean and tidy after your session.
4. Additional Time
• 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the session are provided free of charge for setup and cleanup
