Our studio works well for intimate events. Host micro weddings, birthdays, book clubs, or paint-and-sip nights.
It includes a bar area and a small kitchen with a mini fridge and microwave. Speakers and Wi-Fi are included. You are welcome to decorate the space, but nothing can be hung on the walls.

About Seven Twenty Five Events
Our venue is located on W Irving Park Rd with access to free street parking and nearby paid lots. The atmosphere is neutral and adaptable. It is excellent for small celebrations. Photography sessions can also be held. The venue is accessible from street level, so load-ins are easier!
The venue includes a main area, a bar space, and a small kitchen. Please note the space has a no-smoking policy within 15 feet of the entrance and outside the back area.
