Please understand your booked time is the time you are allowed, including setup and takedown

If you book a multi day booking an additional cleaning fee will be applied for each additional day.

If the rules are violated please understand that we reserve the right to end you booking immediately with no refund. If smoking, cooking, confetti, or pets are brought into the space then there will be an automatic charge of $250 plus any additional expense incurred.

Please understand your booked time is the time you are allowed, including setup and takedown. Any time you stay over your booked time will lead to being charged in half hour increments at a rate of 1.5x the booked hourly rate as agreed upon by peerspace terms and agreement.
