This custom half-court gym features bamboo acoustical panels, wall padding, and a backboard that reaches the ceiling, creating a versatile space for sports, events, or production shoots. The gym is illuminated with high-pressure sodium lighting, adding to its unique industrial atmosphere.
Included are six single-stall unisex bathrooms for convenience. For productions, a loading dock is available for easy equipment access through the warehouse. A liaison will be on-site at all times to assist, and a call sheet is required upon booking confirmation.

No food or drinks are allowed in the movie theater, except for water bottles with caps or lids.
Food and alcohol are permitted in the lobby, studio, and gymnasium.
Guests must remain within designated areas; wandering into restricted zones may result in removal from the premises.
The number of guests on site must match the submitted guest count.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
